How are Shipping Costs Determined?
Canada: All orders will be shipped from Birch Hills, Saskatchewan in Canada using Canada Post letter mail. Shipping costs are determined by the amount you order & package weight.
USA: All orders will be shipped from Birch Hills, Saskatchewan in Canada using Canada Post. Orders to the states have the upgrade option for TRACKED.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or post office delivery delays.
Which postal service do you use?
All orders are shipped by Canada Post. If you are in the US, depending on your location, there may be multiple delivery options.
Can I track my shipment?
If your order is shipped tracked you will see the tracking number by logging into your account and reviewing your order.
